Code of Ethics

• No cheating/hacking/exploiting of any kind on any designated Clan Server.
  
• No ethnic, racial, or other slurs.
  
• Minimize the cussing on the GameServers and TeamSpeak. (please be respectful)
  
• No Spam Email.
  
• No Cussing on the site or porn.
  
• No Email links sent in either a Messenger client or Email that may be harmful to someone's PC. IE: YIM, AIM, and Trillian.
  
• No name changes. The roster is linked to your clan name. (Board members use 'other' names to monitor the server. Be proud to wear the tag.
  
• No multiple-clan affiliations. If you are seen with another clan tag, your OUT! This includes no Multi_teaming. As CGZ, you are in one Team/Clan.
  
• No Exploiting. **Limited Info Below.
  
• Do NOT register at the clansite unless you have been approved to be in the clan.
  

XP

No one with the rank of Pvt or Rct may get XP from an Admin. (Must prove themselves).

All other ranks may get GOLD if it is being handed out that month.

All other ranks may get XP if it is being handed out that month.

XP will only be distributed for the first 14 days of that month in which the XP was reset. XP Resets every 2-3 months. Some months XP will not be given out. XP will only be given with donations

The ONLY folks authorized to give XP approbed BOARD MEMBERS. When you get on the server, DONT bug us. Maybe type a message asking. But only ask 1-2x. We are pretty good about taking care of you guys.
This is subject to change at anytime.

Steam Accounts/Multple members

Since rank is based mostly on data, possible admin setup and such- Every clan member MUST have thier own steam account. No more 3 brothers sharing the same account or key. CD Keys range from $ 5 - $ 20 depending where you get them. This helps protect data, the user and server abuse in having your own account. This also prevents Multi-Claning. All current members are to adhere to this as well.

Exploiting

• 1: Non-Clan and Clan members are subject to this.
  
• 2: Stay on the main map. Only teleport to areas in which a CS player can walk to.
  
• 3: Do not use the MOD or CS exploits in console or any bind.
  

**Non-Clan members- No warnings, simple ban or kick.
**Clan members may be warned once from an admin.

Sprays

You may use your own clan spray. Although this gives
you some control of what you spray- there are rules:

** NO PORN
** NO HOT CHICK or HUNK GUY
** NO FOUL LANGUAGE. IE: Fuck, shit, dick, cock, bitch, blowjob and so on.
** MUST be professional looking. NO CRAPPY sprays.

If you need help making a spray, ask a clan member. It seems that we may have some talent.
There will be NO warnings if I see an inappropriate spray. If I see it, you will be instantly kicked or banned from the server. You also run the risk of being removed in the clan or demoted. You will NOT be notified or warned. Regardless if it is a joke or not, you will be professional. You are representing CGZ. If any member see's a bad spray and wants to submit it, I need a screen shot of the spray and have tab selected so I see peeps name. Email those in violation
to me.

Email

• 1: No email spamming will be tolerated. Any spamming is subject to be kicked from the clan
  
• 2: Clan members will be added to a CS CGZ Clan Group Email.
  
• 3: No email bouncing will be accepted. 2 email bounces, and you are subject to a demotion or kick from clan.
  
• 4: AOL emails are not allowed. Many Web and Email servers are doing this now. We MUST comply. Any AOL emails will be removed as well as your clan status. When applying anyone with an AOL address will be immediately denied.
  
• 5: ANY email change requests MUST be emailed to support at cybergamezone.com. Please include your CS name and new email address to forward to. PMs, IMs, Site posts, and direct emails will be ignored.
  

MICs and Headsets

Microphones are an effective way of communication with other fellow clan members and team meetings.

• Microphones are REQUIRED
• Microphones do not have be used all the time, but helps
• Microphones are REQUIRED for Team Meetings on TS. This is how attendance is done
• Headsets are not required, but highly recommended
• Headsets with built in mics are great and the best sound.

Having our own sprays signify our personality and its relationship to the game.

Recruiting- RECRUITING IS OPEN!!!

OPEN public Status

• Applicants can be referred from clan members to fill an application out at the clansite.
  
• Applicants fill out an Recruit Application at the clansite
  
• The application is immediately posted in the forums.
  
• The applicant is responsible for checking the status of their application in the forums.
  
• If the application advises they may tryout, they may connect to TeamSpeak for a tryout.
  
• Any clan member MAJ and above may tryout applicants once they are 'Waiting for Tryout'.
  
• Once the applicant has been tried out, the clan member will note the app in the forum.
  
• The person that tried them out will advise that a Board member will contact them to schedule a TS Interview.
  
• That clan member will note the forum thread on thier app that they have tried them out and advised of the TS Interview.
  
• At least 3 Board members MUST interview them on TS.
  
• Each Board member will meet with them and post on the forum app that they have been interviewed and a BRIEF summary.
  
• Then that Board member will email the Board any detailed or PRIVATE information that needs to be shared.
  
• The THIRD Board member that interviews them and based on the prior Board comments, that person may allow them to register on TS.
  
• Also that Board member will advise them to register on the clan site.
  
• Then we are back to the normal process, IE site registration, DOA's email...
  
• Applicant may use tag once the 'Welcome Email' is sent out by the General.

Game/VENT Servers

• Advertising/Referring members to personal or un-authorized [-CGZ-] servers will not be allowed/permitted.
  
• Any server for [-CGZ-] must be approved by the Board and ultimately by the General
  
• Any server approved for [-CGZ-] will authorize Rcon and Full admin to the General at least.
  
• All other AMXX admins will be replicated like the main server.
  
• All clan servers are required to have at least a 1.5 Bilateral connection. Broadband is not permitted.
  
• All approved [-CGZ-] servers will be behind a hardware firewall.
• All approved [-CGZ-] TS/Vent servers will be duplicated as the main. (Including SA/CA

Team/Board Meetings

• ALL Board and Team meetings will be held on the VENT Server.
  
• Board/Meetings are MANDATORY. There are 3 Team meetings a month. You can make one. If you are unable to attend, you are REQUIRED to email the Board. All unexcused absences are subject to disciplinary action.

Executive Board

General (GEN DOA)

• Has primary responsibility for the functionality of the server (This includes Game, Web, and VENT Servers).
  
• Has primary responsibility for Moral Operations.
  
• Has primary responsibility for the Web Administrator (functionality of the website, anything related to the site).
  
• Has primary responsibility for Marketing (This includes Signatures, Profiles, Emails, Store and Advertising).
  
• Has secondary responsibility for Clan Operations.
  
• Has secondary responsibility for Clan Roster (This includes Promotions, Demotions and Kicks).
  
• Has secondary responsibility for Clan Finances.
  
• Has secondary responsibility for Discipline Operations.
  
• Attend Monthly Board Meetings on VENT.
• Have Fun!

Lieutenant General (LTG)

• Will act as the primary backup for the General.
  
• Assist with maintenance and content of website.
  
• Has primary responsibility of all graphics and Design in the clan (Includes: Website and Spray Logos).
  
• Other officers (Captains and above) could be called upon to help with maintaining server functionality and maintenance.
  
• Has primary responsibility of scheduling and organizing Tryouts.
  
• Lead VENT meetings of their designated area if a High ranking Officer is not available.
• Submits Meeting notes from designated area if a High ranking Officer is not availble.
• Receives TS Meeting Notes via Email
• Moderates as needed the meeting forum for TS East.
• Other duties as determined and assigned.
  
• Attend Monthly Board Meetings on VENT.
• Attend Team meetings on VENT.
• Have Fun!

Major General (MG)

• Will act as the primary backup for the Lt. General.
  
• Has secondary responsibility of scheduling and organizing Tryouts.(once trained)
  
• Lead VENT meetings of their designated area if a High ranking Officer is not available.
• Submits Meeting notes from designated area if a High ranking Officer is not availble.
• Receives TS Meeting Notes via Email
• Moderates as needed the meeting forum for TS West and Central.
• Maintains master members list.
  
• Helps with content on website.
  
• Other duties as determined and assigned.
  
• Attend Monthly Board Meetings on VENT.
• Attend Team meetings on VENT.

Brigadier General (BG)

• Will act as the primary backup for the Maj. General.

Colonel (COL)

• Will act as the primary backup for the Brig. General.

Lieutenant Colonel (LTC)

• Will act as the primary backup for the Lt. Colonel.

Captain (CPT)

• It is nominated and voted by the Board and approved by the Board
• Will act as leaders for their respective platoons

Recruit (RCT)

(This is a temporary rank for no more than 7-30 days.)

• Install and use VENT
• Mandatory to attend first Team Meeting on VENT once recruited. All Team meetings are 7:30pm(unless otherwise posted). Dates highlighted on the calendar. Visit the Clan Map to locate what meeting to attend
• All Recruits MUST use the clan tag during their two week trial period
• Have Fun!
  
  Due to the size of the clan, there are TOO many on VENT at once and
  makes it difficult to hear everyone and so on.
  
  Suggestion: More than one TS meeting.
  
  Solution:
  There would be 3 Teams meetings:
  V-West
  V-Central
  V-East
  Go to the meeting that fits your current timezone.
  Any Canadians may attend the closest TimeZone meeting available.
  
  
  To simplify it- ALL VENT meetings will happen at 7:30p in thier own time zones in which the meetins are held. For example- West is at 7:30p Pacific, but someone in Colorado needs to be at the same meeting, but it is really 8:30p Colorado Time. Or like in Oklahoma, the meeting is at 7:30p Central time, but someone in Maine it would be 8:30p. Instead of bi-weekly as before, it will always be the same date of that month. This will be set up this way so the Calendar never has to be updated. It would be an Admin nightmare to update all those meetings.
  
  
  Now the organization part and making sure everyone knows what goes on in each
  meeting. We will have 1 forum thread where the meeting notes would be submitted.
  
  
  We would only have a Team meeting once a month. The highest rank on VENT during the meeting would be responsible in getting meeting notes and attendance. Once the meeting is over, that person would then go to the 'submit form' based on the area and submit the stuff. In MOST cases, the Lt Colonel has Primary responsibility and the Major has Secondary. In an event neither appear, the Duty will be assigned per the Clan Guidelines.
  
  
  Lt. Col and Majors would be invited to the Board meetings for the first 15 minutes so they
  can bring up anything that was shared at the team meeting.
  
  By doing this we educate others more about the process and that it really works. And also to show people what we really do as a Board.
  
  VENT Meeting Dates are:
  Board Meetings: 5th of every month @ 7:00p PACIFIC
  V-West: 2nd of every month @ 7:30p PACIFIC
  V-Central: 3rd of every month @ 7:30p CENTRAL
  V-East: 4th of every month @ 7:30p EASTERN
